1) There is no refund or cancellation by our small place to allocate booking.
2) We really need 50% deposit to reserve or secure your stay especially peak time close to New Year. However, you can change your booking upon availability

All of our customer data security (Name, Address, Phone Number, Email, other in this page) have been protected and will not give to other third party or other services; except it's permitted by the customers, or it's connected through a plug-in service provided by our affiliated network only to offer services or goods beneficially to our customers by the policy.
